My daughter (10) had her braces installed today by Destiny. Gracelyn was super nervous but Destiny told her what she was doing with each step and Gracelyn did well in the chair with her. Dr. Cloud was also very kind and they both explained goals and aftercare well enough my daughter could understand and be part of her oral care goals.
My consultation was a very pleasant experience!! I'm looking forward to my next visit!! The clinic is very inviting and very clean!! The staff is was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable!! I'm so glad I chose Graf Orthodontics!😁
I’ve had the best experience with these ladies! EVERYONE is so kind, and I've never experienced that at any place of business! Whoever chose this team knew exactly what they were doing! My consultation was with Mallory, and she is absolutely amazing! The wait time is rapid; they literally can get you in and out! They answer all of your questions and make you feel so comfortable in the chair! Please go see them!

Callie was so gentle and kind with my young son during his braces application/installment. She made him feel really relaxed and comfortable. The doctor provided us with full planning details and considered all of my concerns. Very clear environment, staff was helpful and kind as well.

The girls are always made comfortable and cared for. Instructions are clear. Appointments are seen on time. The waiting room and exam area are clean and pleasant. All staff are warm, friendly, and professional.
When I walked in the ladies at the front desk smiled big and greeted us! Very inviting and comforting. When our names were called, I was greeted by Kaitlyn who is one of the treatment coordinators. She was very friendly, genuine, and professional! She answered all of my questions, explained to me what they offer, and was thorough with the information she was giving and the information I asked to receive. I also was able to meet Cayce Cloud DDS, MS. Very warm person! The experience immediately changed my mind as I had another orthodontics Clinic in mind upon entering! I do not regret my decision choosing Graf Orthodontics! You won't either!

First day getting Angel Align. Jana was awesome! She was very informative and made sure I was ok. Very friendly and I will drive to Shreveport just to see her monthly.
Staff is super friendly. Made 2 appointments for consultations and in that same day my daughter's were getting their braces on. They were very informative on what would need to be done and the course of treatment and made sure my girls were comfortable and nothing hurt before we left. I would recommend 100 percent.

They go out of the way and bring so much comfort and peace to those who are unsure about braces… They do offer monthly affordable payment plans… If you need to come in they bring you in and you don’t have to suffer or wait a week-2weeks at a time… I can go on and on but I really love my Graf ladies 🥰‼️ And again coming here was 1 of the best decisions I have ever made🥰‼️

We had the BEST experience yesterday with Graf! Our nurse Amber was so sweet, explained everything with ease. My 10 year old completely understood everything she was saying. They were very thorough in the exam. And actually began the process of his braces the very day! Fantastic down payment and was able to set the monthly payment up for drafting! This facility came highly recommended from many others in our town.
