At first I was just wondering kind of scare about if I’m going to be able to afford to my daughter have braces but as soon as I walked in they make me feel welcomed the staff very friendly when I did the 1 st time consult she explained everything well and took pictures x-rays of my daughter and she went thru everything explaining in a very understanding way I was able to clarify every doubt thanks to that my daughter was able to get her braces and I’m not lying they aren’t cheaper but they have payment plans and also the down payment was very affordable

They are very quick and informative on what you need to do to get started with braces. I was able to get a consultation appt for my daughter the same day I called them and we also left that appt with braces on her the same day. UPDATE: My child's first visit was also amazing! Jessica is our treatment coordinator and she was amazing at explaining what to expect, what all the pictures and x-rays mean. As always Dr. Cloud was awesome! We love Graf ortho!!
My first experience with Graf Orthodontics was welcoming, efficient, and made me feel very comfortable. My initial phone call was answered by Haley and she was amazing on the phone. Amber was awesome as well. She explained everything she was doing and seemed to really enjoy what she does. I visited with Dr. Cloud to see what type of treatment would be best for my needs. She has an eye for detail, and listened to what I was wanting to make me happy with my smile. She was very comforting, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. I would definitely recommend Graf Orthodontics to others because from the front to the back they make you feel like family.
