They are very quick and informative on what you need to do to get started with braces. I was able to get a consultation appt for my daughter the same day I called them and we also left that appt with braces on her the same day. My first experience with Graf Orthodontics was welcoming, efficient, and made me feel very comfortable. My initial phone call was answered by Haley and she was amazing on the phone. Amber was awesome as well. She explained everything she was doing and seemed to really enjoy what she does. I visited with Dr. Cloud to see what type of treatment would be best for my needs. She has an eye for detail, and listened to what I was wanting to make me happy with my smile. She was very comforting, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. I would definitely recommend Graf Orthodontics to others because from the front to the back they make you feel like family.
