When I walked in the front desk had already checked me in, because they know their patients by face. I had a great experience at Graf Orthodontics today! The staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, and the office atmosphere was clean and pleasant. I truly appreciate the care and attention I received and would highly recommend Graf Orthodontics to anyone looking for excellent orthodontic care. Graf, is the place to go for a beautiful smile!

Great experience getting started on my orthodontic journey! Everyone from the front desk staff to the orthodontist were so kind and helpful! Jessica the patient coordinator was very sweet and explained everything for my treatment plan well ! 10/10 recommend using graf orthodontics

We’ve had a great experience with Graf Orthodontics. The office is extremely comfortable and welcoming, which immediately put us at ease, and every staff member we interacted with was genuinely kind and patient. They took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure we understood the process and next steps, and never made us feel rushed or talked down to. It’s obvious they care about both their patients and the experience as a whole. We couldn’t be happier with the care we’ve received so far and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for an orthodontist.

This process was so easy and the staff was awesome, Mallory is amazing she made my baby feel so comfortable throughout the beginning of the process. Dr. Chapman is a man of few words, but very detailed in explaining the process. Kelsey was also very sweet and explained everything to my baby as she was working. I was very impressed with the staff overall and looking forward to working with Graf.

We went there today to get a consult for my daughter to see if she needed braces and everyone there was so sweet . They made the process super easy and the payment plans are very reasonable. My daughter was so excited as she had no idea they would put her braces on the same day . She walked out of there a very happy girl . Thank you all so much 🫶🏼

Very pleasant staff. With anxiety of dentist offices, I felt so relaxed talking to them and they answered all of my questions and took time with me. 5 stars and then some!

Everyone treated me as if I was the most important person in the room. It made me feel so special, as I am not used to being given that type of customer service by anyone. I was absolutely amazed. Jessica is amazing! She explained everything to me thoroughly and was very patient and understanding with all the questions I had for her. She made my experience the best it could be.

Graf Orthodontics is such a wonderful experience every single time my son who has braces, and I go for his visits! We enjoy the doctors and the technicians and assistants great service. They’re always nice to us and explain to us what we need to do for my son’s teeth to stay straight and healthy! I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Our recent visit left me speechless bc I should’ve had to pay over $200 in bracket fees and the orthodontist showed my son and I grace and just reiterated how important it is that my son not to do anything else that would break a bracket! . Very friendly environment

Mallory and Kaitlyn both did an amazing job today helping my daughter with her consult. There were no questions left unanswered and if we hadn’t thought about a question they answered it too. They were both very super helpful and we left there knowing exactly what we were getting into. dr. Cloud was also very helpful
