Traditional Metal Braces

What are braces made out of?

Our high-quality braces are made out of stainless steel material. Stainless steel braces are strong, won’t rust or corrode, and are safe to submerge in water (of course). Traditional braces use stainless steel brackets and archwires, with elastic rubber bands to secure the archwires to individual brackets.

We also provide advanced Empower® self-ligating braces and clear braces that use ceramic, tooth-colored brackets for a less noticeable appearance.

Your personalized treatment plan with metal braces

Throughout your braces treatment, every 6 to 8 weeks (depending on your personalized treatment plan), you’ll visit us to check-in on your progress and adjust your braces if necessary. During these appointments, we’ll ensure that you’re on the right track to your new smile!

At your braces adjustment appointments, we may replace your archwire and adjust a bracket or two, and you’ll have the option to choose from a variety of metal braces colors to suit your style.

What do metal braces cost?

For all of our orthodontic treatments, we offer flexible financing options, including 0%-interest in-house financing, and financing with CareCredit.

At your first visit, we’ll calculate your insurance benefit (if you have insurance) and work together to design a custom payment plan that meets your financial needs.
